Project management
Each project is assigned a dedicated Contracts Manager who serves as your primary point of contact throughout the duration of the works.
Your Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of planning and coordination, managing materials, resources, and logistics, while proactively addressing any potential challenges to ensure the project runs efficiently and without disruption.
quantity surveying
Every project benefits from the expertise of a dedicated Quantity Surveyor, who plays a key role in managing costs and ensuring value throughout the lifecycle of the works.
Your Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and monitoring budgets, managing procurement, and assessing valuations. They will also handle cost reporting and ensure financial control is maintained at every stage, helping to keep your project on track and within budget.

To support our construction projects, we operate a fully equipped, in-house joinery workshop staffed by skilled craftsmen. This facility allows us to produce high-quality, bespoke joinery tailored to the specific needs of each project.
From custom-built doors, windows, staircases, and cabinetry to intricate architectural details, our joinery team delivers precision-made components that elevate the overall finish and functionality of our builds.
Civils, Groundworks & Landscaping
Alongside our main construction operations, DM Habens operates a dedicated in-house Civils and Groundworks department, drawing on decades of experience to successfully deliver a wide range of external works.
