This week, D M Habens is proud to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week and shine a spotlight on the talented apprentices who are helping shape the future of our business and the construction industry.

From graduate school leavers to university trainees, our apprenticeship programme spans a range of levels, supporting roles both on site and in the office. 

Our apprentices bring fresh ideas, dedication, and energy to every part of our business, and we are proud to watch them grow into skilled professionals.

Freddie is already making his mark as a Quantity Surveyor Apprentice, Alfie is driving efficiency as our Construction Support Technician, and Teddy and Charlie are honing their skills on site as Carpentry Apprentices.

Watching them grow reminds us that apprenticeships aren’t just about training, they’re about shaping the future of our company and the construction industry. That’s why we continue to grow and develop our apprenticeship programme year after year, and we’re excited to see how it evolves in 2026."
